AsiaInfo Holdings, Inc. will hold its 2009 annual meeting for shareholders of record in Beijing, PRC on April 21, 2009. The shareholder record date is February 23, 2009.

Proposal:
- To elect two directors to serve for three-year terms to expire at the 2012 annual meeting of stockholders and until their successors are duly elected and qualified;
- To ratify the selection of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as the independent registered public accounting firm of AsiaInfo for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2009;
- To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
